Instead of zipping around on my electric bike, I've slowed myself down and been walking more. I've taken one of my cameras with me on some of my recent walks around my neighbourhood and it's been such a pleasure connecting with people and place.
The first two photos were taken using ICM (intentional camera movement), with a slowed down shutter on my 28mm. I personally love doing this and it truly feels like painting with light. I have not used Photoshop to manipulate theses images. In fact, I seem to very rarely use it. The rest of these photos (other than the Afghan dog) were shot with my longest lens (140-560mm).
On the personal front, I’ve been making solid progress on my first photo book. I’ve completed the selection and insertion of all the photos for the book. Next step is working on the narrative that will accompany the photos. If you like my aerial photos then you are in for a treat!
