This first shot inspired the title for this 2-part series, Surf Ballet. The skill required to juggle a multitude of variables and then balance on a thin board as you hurtle down a monster wave is incredible. Extending out their wings, this surfer makes it appear effortless, but I can assure you it isn’t.
