The chapter just exudes elegance in the details. From the drinks at the beginning, to a delightful feast in the clouds. The writing take me taken back in time to an English tea party, in the early part of the twentieth century. Yet this is Malaysia and there are people singing a Miley Cyrus song in karaoke. I'm jealous of Beth, who has literally floated above Earth, and would like to hear more about her experiences. The narrator is happy to go with the flow, and what a flow it is!
I really liked the different voices, each so unique to the character. It would have been interesting to to hear the different karaoke songs. Can't wait for the next chapter!
