Thanks for asking. I go into more detail in my book Fierce Reinvention on how you can use thee questions to establish a practice of self-inquiry as part of a broader exploration of finding and achieving your Goals of Consequence and cascading Objectives all the way day to Weekly Planning, Check-in and Daily Measures: all part of a Fierce Operating System. I'd love to build out a model for this in Roam Research which absolutely lends itself to creating a regular and ongoing practice. Practice here is the operative word: answering the questions today in your Daily Notes or diary is a great thing to do, but continuing to do so and refining your answers over time based on friction and fuel points leads to personal (and business) scaling and optimal performance with all important alignment to your soul purpose and work. There is no right way or wrong way to approach these questions or frequency of attending to them - they are part of your personal ecosystem or operating system and you will find how best to use them and tend to them as part of your growing practice. I recommend you delve into Fierce Reinvention and if you still have questions I'd be happy to answer them further.

Hi Rand. These are deep questions and are very interesting (and promising). What do you think must be the process we could use, to answer these questions? Sure, I can write and answer these questions today. But what after that? Do I need to revisit them frequently? How frequent? Is there a method to writing answers to these questions? I think the questions are a great start but if you could throw more light on how to use these questions - the process basically, it could help us make more sense and insights from this exercise.
